We are having urgent requirement for the Designation of a Sales Manager-Agency Business Partner.
responsibilities and roles :
- Keeping an eye on sales goals and offering updates as necessary.
- Lead a team of people. Motivate and unite the members of your team. With the aid of your team, accomplish your objective.
- To create a solid advisor base, find and hire the best advisors.
- The Sales Manager's team is in charge of assembling the team (Life Insurance Advisors) from their personal and professional networks. Use and abide by the need-based selling paradigm
- To promote other insurance products.
- Put an emphasis on managing the sales team, geographic coverage, and the spread.
- Fieldwork to reach as many customers as possible
- Assemble, educate, inspire, and counsel a group of sales representatives.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must be graduation
- Local candidate
- Age: 21 to 38 years
- CTC: 2.75 To 3.15 LPA
