Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional sales growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

- Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.

- Recruit, train and develop new sales talent to ensure a high-performing sales team.

- Conduct sales performance analysis, identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and training.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to align sales strategies.

- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline management and performance reports.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of core sales or business development or marketing.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

- Bachelor's degree in any Business, Marketing or related field.
