Manager - Sales - Agency Channel - BFS (3-5 yrs)
Job Summary :
- The Agency Channel Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with agencies that sell and promote our products and services. The role involves identifying and recruiting new agencies, training and supporting existing agencies, and monitoring agency performance to ensure sales targets are achieved. The Agency Channel Manager should have excellent communication skills, be results-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit new agencies to sell and promote our products and services.
- Train and support new and existing agencies to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively promote and sell our products and services.
- Monitor agency performance, provide feedback and coaching to improve performance, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agency personnel to build loyalty and retention.
- Conduct regular meetings with agency partners to provide updates on new products, promotions, and sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure that agency partners have the necessary support to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the agency channel.
- Prepare reports on agency performance and provide insights to management on ways to improve performance.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for the agency channel.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
