Manager - Sales Administration (7-12 yrs)
- To support sales team in resolving the grievances of trade partners in fulfilment and returns.
- Escalate service level issues to the relevant department to ensure resolution in agreed TAT.
- Ensuring productivity of SE's through proper monitoring to their movement / output and flashing it in dashboard.
- Follow-up with trade partners for timely payment collection to ensure smooth on-time dispatches.
- Escalate any issues related to service level/quality etc., at distributor/retailer level to concerned through on SOP to get it redressed.
- Pass on BI inputs to relevant stakeholders in a periodical manner.
- Participate in Review meeting with desired data / analytics inputs.
- Resolving through escalation on all VHN-calls & tracking the redressal.
- Plan and execute outlets.
- Improvement program by co-ordination with filled team.
- Meet distributors once a month to redress the concerns and discuss any pain points that needs redressal.
- Analyze Market intelligence report & share feedback with CRO periodically.
- Plan and formulate trade scheme through proper SOP/feedback.
- Manage productivity of Key outlets through data capturing & analytics/ target setting.
- Coordinate with logistics for ensuring proper service level issues.
- Trade grievance redressal
