Manager - Sales Administration (10-15 yrs)

Position Overview

Our Client is currently looking for a Sales Administrative Manager who will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team in the operation excellence of the Marketing operations function.

This individual will support the marketing management by overseeing the sales administration processes, lead database management functions. Open to work in North American Timings

Responsibilities :

- People management of Sales administrators team; when necessary recruit, organize training and manage the performance of the sales administrators

- Work with Marketing, Sales and other cross functional teams on process and strategies

- Work closely with IT/Business Applications to estimate and justify new efforts, define business requirements, and ensure effective business user acceptance testing.

- Coordinate with marketing teams in reaching set goals and objectives.

- Manage, enhance and optimize the end-to-end lead management process in conjunction with sales and marketing stakeholders - including lead scoring, upload, routing, reporting and performance management

- Learning about Organization's products or services and keeping up to date with changes.

- Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.

- Improve productivity of the team and ensure development plans of the team are met and exceeded.

Qualifications :

- Graduation is a must, MBA is an added advantage

- 8+ years experience in a similar role, with demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility

- Strong analytical, communication and critical thinker skills

- Strong focus on operational excellence, ability to design and drive operational checklists, process flows, and SLAs

- Conflict resolution capabilities

- Solid understanding of inbound and outbound marketing tactics

- Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in an ever-changing environment

- Proven track record leading cross-group and cross company initiatives

- Knowledge/experience in working on an ERP environment and Salesforce.com

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
