Manager - Sales (8-12 yrs)

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Managers with 8 to 12 years of experience to drive our business growth in the US and European markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience selling B2B services either IT, BPM, or BPO, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and nurture long-term client relationships-all from an India-based location.

- Highly motivated and target driven.

- Ability to work independently (Individual contributor) and as part of a team.

- Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Good understanding of Technology and its application to businesses

- Strong sense of organization and time management

- Lead to order knowledge/experience in closing deals.

- Should have a track record of getting/winning new logos.

- Proven results in a quota-oriented sales environment and an understanding of technology and technological innovations

- Experience in selling IT/BPM services to large enterprises.

- Develop business plans, which align to the assigned geographic and business objectives.

- Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to drive sales growth.

Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and the closing process.

Experienced Required :

Relevant experience of 8 to 12 Years in Selling services, extensive experience selling B2B services coming from IT, BPM, or BPO background.
