- He Must have Sales experience in B2B sales of cold chain like cold storages, Pharma, Food Processing equipment such as : Sandwich panels, industrial refrigeration equipment, condensers, air coolers, cold storage racking, food processing equipment, cold room doors, clean room manufacturers and others.
- He needs to be located in Bangalore and having good knowledge of geographical and Industrial area of KAT.
- He must have a experience to generate the lead of end consumer and deal with them experience with contractor and dealer, distributors is added advantage.
- He needs to Achieve / exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives using the knowledge and contacts base with above mentioned industries.
- He needs to Take Full Commercial responsibility of company products and brands to support a customer focused approach for profitable growth in the assigned region/segment.
- Identify new sales opportunities. Understand the markets and the key players active in the Region/segment and build the necessary market intelligence to develop company business.
- Perform prospecting activities and maintain a sufficient base of prospects that will enable completion of sales targets.
- Prospecting activities include cold calling, proposal preparation, site visit, product demonstrations, customer analysis and needs assessments.
- Identification and qualification of prospects and deciders in the targeted companies
- With the help of the Operation team in India ensure that all the products are installed and running properly.
- Fluent English, Hindi and local languages required in the assigned region.
- Highly dynamic and motivated professional with excellent presentation, communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop business contacts and relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Knowledge and understanding of the market trend.
- Pro activeness and autonomous, Team Working, Communication, Conflict Management, Listening, Reliable, Respectful, Goal Oriented, Ready to travel to the assigned region and PAN India if it is required.
