Manager - Sales (5-14 yrs)
A degree is the minimum requirement. A confident telephone manner and strong computer skills are essential. Previous experience in a customer service or sales environment would be a distinct advantage.
Opportunity
The main purpose of the role for sales executive is :
- To support and manage customers efficiently under the guidance of sales manager .
- To plan, develop and manage pro - active sales of customers in close cooperation with the account manager.
- To manage your own portfolio of accounts
- To report to the Director.
Principal Responsibilities
- Processing incoming orders and ensure the appropriate delivery of the goods
- Checking the validity of the pricing and credit conditions
- Executing and following up on commercial and administrative task related to assigned customer portfolio.
- Being aware of and apply the supply chain procedures
- Pro- actively seek for additional sales at existing or developmental customers
- Following up samples deliveries
- Providing active support to Managers to elaborate accurate sales forecast
- Comforting/ reinforcing the company's image in terms of service at customers
- Contributing to the in depth knowledge of the customer through regular contacts.
- Back up and train colleagues (Knowledge sharing)
Your Background
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- By nature, you are well organised, accurate, communicative, pro-active, flexible, a team player and commercial talent.
- Fluent in English.
- Work fluently with MS office
