Job Purpose:

To identify and evaluate new business opportunities and potential sales leads through networking and online research in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow.

Job Description:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients for the non - aviation business

- Proactively seek out new leads and generate a pipeline of prospective customers.

- Develop a deep understanding of our company's products, services, and value proposition to effectively promote and sell to potential clients.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in prospective client organizations.

- Generate leads, cold call prospective customers, conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs.

- Create a strong rapport with clients and serve as a trusted advisor to them, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, maximizing profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and production, to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services to clients.

- Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with the team to drive continuous improvement.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, MIS, including client information, sales activities, and outcomes.

- Prepare regular sales reports, performance analyses, and forecasts for management review
