Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:-
- Establish sales objectives and goal by creating a sales plan (short term and long term)
- Develop business plan and strategy for multiple product line markets that ensures attainment of Company's domestic sales goals and profitability.
- Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search for national sales leads and prospects.
- Identifies new customers in various industry & entering new markets, managing the sales for the region in all activities of maintenance/acquisition & development
- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding sales performance.
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margins.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales and activity reports.
- Implementing various promotional activities in order to increase sale.
- Handling the channel partners, Revenue Management, Relationship Management and Bringing New Business
- Adheres to all Company's policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Insures that all sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closings.
- Maintains contact with all customers in the domestic market to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all Company employees.
- Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs.
- Sets short- and long-term domestic sales strategies.
- Must be aware of domestic variances in cultural and legal issues pertaining to sales.
- Should be familiar with state wise business concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Must work to develop and maintain national business contacts.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Support global agents with technical, project and marketing information
- Develop key relationships with customers.
- Build a solid direct and dealer domestic sales pipeline and develop opportunities.
- Achieve pre-defined sales targets
- Works with Legal to develop sales contracts, distribution agreement in Indian markets
- Work closely with the Project, Design, Marketing and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis
- Lead and Coordinate all logistic, distribution and delivery with Supply Chain group.
- Manages and directs a sales force to achieve global sales and profit goals
- Must be able to drive daily sales review, reporting.
