Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)
- Primary role is to drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving targets.
-Identify potential customers and generate leads for business
- Develop compelling sales pitches and conduct product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain client relationships while providing exceptional service.
- Set and achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions. minimum travel of 20-25 days per month.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports.
-Ensure collections from Customers within the agreed Time period
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
- Sales Experience with min. 5 years
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with Excel and Power point is a plus.
