Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)
Requirements :
- Should have experience in B2B Enterprise Sales, Target should not less that 1.5crs as a individual
- A person should be okay with IC role
- A person should have domestic industry experience.
- A person should have experience in enterprise sales only.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy Development and Execution :
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Set and monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Leadership and Management :
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members.
- Foster a positive and competitive team environment that promotes high levels of motivation and collaboration.
Sales Operations and Process Management :
- Oversee the sales process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage customer interactions, sales data, and reporting.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, and present findings to senior management.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Develop strategies for customer retention and growth.
Collaboration and Communication :
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and senior management, ensuring clear communication of objectives, progress, and feedback.
Financial Management :
- Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making.
Continuous Improvement :
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve sales strategies and processes.
- Implement innovative sales techniques and tools to enhance team performance and efficiency.
