Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
1) Business Acquisition :
- Planning and execution of the company's sales strategy in the allocated territory
- Lead generation through multiple sources
- Cold calling, emailing, personal visits, presentations, demos etc.
- Pursuing hot and warm leads and generating sales
- Achievement of sales targets (both revenue and numbers)
2) Business Retention and Growth :
- Managing relationships with clients, renewing contracts and getting extra business
- Tapping the vendor network as a source of additional business
- Acting as L1 escalation for client issues
3) Collaboration :
- Regularly reporting and maintaining data in suitable software(s)
- Keeping track of market information, business trends, competition activity etc
- Assisting the operations team in vendor sourcing
- Liaising with the accounts team for timely invoicing and payment collection
- Collaborating with other teams for the resolution of customers' issues
Skills Required :
1) Technical Skills :
- B2B sales
- Sales prospecting, lead generation, conversion and business generation
- Good connections with clients and vendors pan-India
- Key account management
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, LMS etc.
2) Soft Skills :
- Target-oriented and self-driven
- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Good communication, written as well as oral
