Manager - Sales - 4 Star Hotel (3-6 yrs)

Job Description :

- Responsible for Travel Trade segment in Mumbai on a PAN India basis.

- Manage relationships with customers across Management Levels.

- Research & explore new areas where the products & services of the company can be launched.

- Development of a strategic account plan to develop region wise promotional schemes to attract more customers.

- Research competitors sales team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and increase market share for all Pan India hotels.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sale, retain business and generate business.

- Analyse and report on regular customer activity, business trends, and areas of concern.

- Serve as the sales liaison with market sales/cluster sales, event management, revenue management, regional marketing communications and other property departments as appropriate.

- Will be responsible for generating the business leads for the company via Cold calls, reference calls, sharing presentation to the corporates and responsible for sales conversion (Corporates/ FIT/MICE/Group movements)

- Attending to all appointments & Giving appropriate product presentations & converting them into - Meet the defined targets from time to time

- Ensure smooth function of queries in coordination with Operations & contracting team.

- Visit potential customers for new business

- Provide customers with quotations

- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales

- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends

- Represent your organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations

- Identify new markets and business opportunities

- Record sales and send copies to the sales office

- Review your own sales performance

Desired Candidate Profile :


- Sales Manager minimum 3 to 5 years experiences


- Designation of the candidate will depend upon performance in the interview.


- Candidates should be smart, target oriented, dynamic and have good communications skills.
