Manager - Sales (4-10 yrs)
Job description- Sales Manager
- Recruit (hire), train, and retain capable staff to meet the team target
- Create and implement result-oriented sales plans and strategies
- Take good decisions that reduce expenditure and increase revenue
- Groom team members to become tomorrow's leaders
- Adhere to the company's policies and management's decisions
- Ensure team members' adherence to company's policies and management's decisions
- Ensure strict hierarchical segregation (at personal level)
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly goals as defined by the management
- Create and implement economic and result-oriented leads generation strategies
- Coordinate with the marketing expert to generate leads
- Conduct periodic market research to ensure competitive pricing of company's products and services
- Conduct market research to structure new products and services that can be sold by the company in the market

- Excellent sales and people management skills
- Experience in keeping hierarchical segregation required for a manager
- Good decision-making skills that reduce expenditure and increase revenue
- Good mentoring and training skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
