Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Overview:

As a Sales Manager, you will focus on driving direct sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth service operations. You will play a critical role in achieving revenue targets and ensuring customer satisfaction by effectively managing a sales team and solving operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Direct Sales Management:

- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring all sales goals are met.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high customer retention and repeat business.

- Proactively engage with clients to identify needs, present solutions, and drive sales.

3. Sales Operations & Productivity:

- Optimize sales processes to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service desk issues and improve overall sales operations.

4. Team Training & Development:

- Support and assist in training new team members in sales techniques and company procedures.

5. Market Research & Client Feedback:

- Gather feedback from clients and conduct market research to identify new opportunities for sales growth.

- Develop strategies to address recurring customer issues and improve service delivery.

6. Auditing & Quality Control:

- Audit sales processes and customer interactions to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

7. Industry Compliance & Knowledge:

- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and innovations to keep the company competitive.

- Ensure sales processes align with industry and legal standards.

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Prior sales experience required; merchant onboarding experience is a plus.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Good understanding of market trends and sales data analysis.

- Smart worker with a creative approach to problem-solving.

- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM software.

- Go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
