Manager - Sales (3-4 yrs)
Job Summary:-
The Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales associates and lead efforts to achieve sales targets within an assigned territory or market segment.
- This role involves executing sales strategies, managing day-to-day sales operations, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals for the assigned region or market segment.
- Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and materials that support sales objectives.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting.
