Manager - Sales (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients using the leads or databases provided.
- Customers should be informed about the characteristics and benefits of insurance products and services.
- Analyse consumer needs and make recommendations for appropriate insurance products depending on their needs.
- Information on insurance policies, coverage, terms, and conditions should be precise and complete.
- Respond to client questions and concerns about insurance-related goods or services.
- Stick to a written sales script while making adjustments for each customer's wants and objections.
- Establish and preserve consumer relationships by making routine follow-up calls.
- Reach sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) as a person and a team.
- In the CRM system, keep records of client details, interactions, and sales activity.
- Work along with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and efficient policy issuance procedures, such as underwriters or claims specialists.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Bancassurance sales or a related field
- Good knowledge of the insurance industry and products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
