Manager - Sales (2-4 yrs)
The Sales Manager (SM) plays a strategic role in driving growth within our agency channel.
You will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Area Sales Officers (ASOs) to achieve ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of ASOs to achieve assigned sales goals for new business and policy renewals.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for your assigned territory.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new ASOs.
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their full potential.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ASOs.
- Identify and address performance issues within the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
