Job description
Role & responsibilities :
- Plan strategies for developing business and achieving organisational goals.
- Should be capable of handling a team of TLs (Zone) and should have great expertise in open market and channel sourcing and drive sales productivity for credit card sourcing.
- Has an in-depth understanding of the credit card business and keeps abreast of new product /strategy launches.
- Responsible for ensuring critical business metrics productivity.
- Should have a vision & roadmap for building organisational revenues.
- Please make sure Policy/process and compliance are followed.
- Lead and guide the sales team in converting and generating business in assigned geographies.
- Ensure the highest levels of team camaraderie and motivate, train & mentor the sales team to deliver expected performance.
- Periodically conduct reviews with own team to monitor progress on set objectives and targets and provide recommendations on course corrections.
- Lead business review discussions with partners on a weekly/monthly basis to achieve organisational targets.
- Forming a business plan and performance management structure for channel partners, including the development and execution of a joint sales plan.
- Collaborate with the bank's portfolio/product team in articulating a strategy for driving a significant increase in market share across all KRAs.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
