Manager - Sales (13-16 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:
1. The Sales Manager will be responsible to generate revenues in his region/ territory.
2. Exceed Sales KPI/ Targets. Will work as an individual contributor in a high performing sales environment.
3. Plan Sales revenue month on month/ QOQ/YOY
4. Proactively seek and pursue new business and sales opportunities in the defined markets/ segments.
5. Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values all the time.
6. Should be able to work closely with his lead generator, manage his pipeline, funnel, customers, closures, etc.
7. Should be able to understand emerging trends and market shifts while being fully aware of competition.
Qualifications:
1. Should be a sales hunter by skills/ temperament/ attitude/ personality. He/ she should have a corporate sales(B2B) experience of minimum 8 years. Should have worked in similar domain in the past.
2. Should have a proven sales track record of generating revenues, clients & achieving sales quotas.
3. Demonstrated capability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels at the client's organization.
4. Should have exceptional verbal & written communication skills along with relationship building skills.
5. Should be an MBA and number driven sales professional
