Manager - Sales (1-8 yrs)
We are seeking a Sales Manager in the Agency Channel for India's Leading Insurance Company.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of successful insurance advisors, fostering a strong culture of achievement and professional growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key agency partners to drive profitable business growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching and mentoring advisors to maximize their potential.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, developing strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualification and Experience:
Education : Graduation in any stream or Post Graduation
Experience : 1 to 4 Years in Sales and marketing in any domain
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong Presentations Skills
