Manager - Sales (1-3 yrs)
Requirements :
- Achieve/exceed annual revenue targets for assigned market(s) by leveraging relationships to further penetrate existing accounts and prospecting for new accounts in the medical device market.
- Ability to create detail management structure or chart for the company both on sales target and financial goal for future 1-3 years.
- Identify and secure sales opportunities through sales visits, phone calls, presentations, and conferences.
- Work effectively across the organization to advance opportunities.
- Generate new business consistent with our market focus, operational capabilities.
- Contribute to the medical device market strategy and sales plan.
- Use experience to mentor colleagues in the business development team.
The ideal candidate would possess :
- In-depth understanding of the testing requirements and regulatory agencies associated with medical device development and approval.
- A proven track record as a sales professional.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.
- Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills.
Basic Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in engineering applied sciences or M.B.A. in marketing/business or equivalent directly-related experience (Three years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)
