The Basic Requirements of a Sales Manager:

- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with at least one year of sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for customer engagement, and the ability to close deals effectively. - Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and customers.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Handle negotiations, prepare quotations, and close deals professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competition.

- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
