The Job :
Key responsibilities areas :
- You will be responsible for account management, product adoption, account growth, and account success.
- Increase New Customer Acquisition and minimize Churn, by Emails and Calls to resolve challenges they are facing with respect to our product, also sharing inputs to better use the product.
- Work to identify and/or develop up-sell opportunities
- Regularly achieving targets.
Ideal Candidate :
Key Competencies :
- Experience in a customer-facing Sales/success/account management role.
- Customer experience champion.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Consultative approach to account management.
- Deep customer empathy.
- Ability to effectively manage delicate customer situations
- Organized and reliable - Able to work as a team with little direction when necessary
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Open for relocation if and when required
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B), Sales (B2C) or Partnerships & Alliances role, ideally within the Hospitality, Retail and Electronics industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
