Job Description: SaaS Sales Manager - Hogr Virtual Waiter AI

Role Overview:

Hogr is seeking an experienced SaaS Sales Manager to lead the sales efforts for our soon-to-be-launched subscription-based AI solution tailored for restaurants. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth by acquiring and retaining restaurant customers across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS sales, particularly within the restaurant or hospitality industry, and will play a key role in establishing and nurturing relationships with restaurant owners and operators. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to the rapid expansion of Hogr's innovative AI platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and engage potential restaurant customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media outreach.

- Sales Cycle Management : Lead and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing. This includes needs assessment, delivering impactful product demonstrations, developing customized proposals, and overcoming objections.

- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with restaurant clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and ongoing support throughout the sales cycle and beyond.

- Sales Target Achievement : Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals, driving the growth of Hogr's AI solution in the restaurant industry.

- Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly.

- Product Knowledge : Develop comprehensive knowledge of Hogr's Virtual Waiter AI solution, allowing you to effectively communicate its benefits and value to prospective customers.

- Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and seamless experience for customers.

Required Qualifications :

- Proven success in SaaS sales, preferably within the restaurant or hospitality industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

- Excellent presentation skills, both in-person and virtually, with the ability to clearly articulate complex solutions.

- Deep understanding of the restaurant industry and its unique challenges.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.

-Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience selling SaaS solutions to small and medium-sized businesses.

- Familiarity with restaurant operations, management systems, and point-of-sale technologies.

- Knowledge of AI-driven solutions in the restaurant industry.

- Bilingual proficiency (English and another regional language) is an advantage.
