Retention Manager

Job Responsibilities :

- Plan and execute email, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger & Push Notification campaigns to target users with relevant and personalized communication.

- Come up with strong data insights for developing consumer segmentation campaign plans to drive customer retention, engagement and to achieve measurable KPI's.

- Conceptualize CRM marketing campaigns, craft messaging & build relevant workflows by segmenting the user base (new, active, at risk, dormant) appropriately to identify opportunity areas in the user's lifecycle.

- Formulating and executing the CRM strategy aimed at increasing traffic, retargeting, repeat purchase, reduce churn and cross-sell.

- Drive and monitor A/B tests and data-driven experiments and Responsible for quality assurance of all CRM campaigns.

- Lead the reporting, monitoring, tracking for the different campaigns & also publish appropriate performance dashboards.

Skills & Experience :

- 5 years of relevant experience, especially in RMG domain.

- Experience in Customer Lifecycle Marketing or Campaign Management or Customer Value Management.

- Proficiency in Marketing Automation Technology (CleverTap, Webengage or similar).

- Strong multi-tasking & problem-solving skills.

- Experience using analytical and database tools (Advanced Excel, Google Analytics, etc. or similar).

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
