Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers and build relationships
- Reach out to customers for marketing
- Promote sales of all products
- Achieve store sales targets
- Achieve defined KPIs
- Supervise the end to end store operations
- Ensure documentation and administration is up to date
- Forecast stock requirements and place orders accordingly
- Use provided systems/ methods to bill customers
- Collect payments and update stocks
- Ensure all products are displayed well
- Process payments for store requirements
- Contact Head Office and be informed of their strategy
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years total work experience
- At least 2 years management experience
- Graduate & Above
- Conversant in English and Kannada
- Knowing other South Indian languages also advantageous
- Qualifications-B.Arch, B.Com, B.Pharm, BA, BBA/BBM, BCA, BDS, BE/B.Tech, BEd, BHM, BSc, BVSc, CA, CS, ICWA, LLB, MBBS, B.Design, B.FashionTech, BFA, BAMS, BHMS, B.P.Ed, B.F.Sc(Fisheries), BSW, Other Graduate
