Position : Retail Store Manager (Female preferred).
Location : Delhi
Job Title : Retail Store Manager.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements :
- Graduates with excellent people skills (Masters or PG Diploma in Retail Management and Sales preferred).
- Pleasant personality & Good Communication skills are musts.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Positive approach and zeal to drive through allocated tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Supervise sales associates and handle change requests by customers, as well as check that goods are in good condition.
- Be acquainted with sales items and procedures in the department in order to provide accurate information to clients that can enhance sales transactions.
- Develop sales strategies to reach new customers and also grab the attention of already existing ones to boost sales in the department.
- Train members of the sales team in order to make them better sales associates.
- Interact with customers by assisting them in locating products, demonstrating product features and benefits where applicable, and by offering suggestions and alternatives.
