Manager - Retail Sales Operations - Consumer Durable (6-12 yrs)
- To establish and formulate SOPs for all Stores in the western region.
- To ensure sales and revenue of the store.
- To maintain teamwork, collaboration, development of team and achievement of targets.
- To understand customer needs and fulfill need gaps by suggesting the most optimal solution.
- To monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations.
- To Ensure Inventory management and controlling shrinkage.

- To be Achieving Top line & Bottom line targets of the stores.
- To be Responsible for P&L of the stores & controlling the cost of operations.
