Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Handing multiple stores across Kerala
- Design and execute all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
- Providing Suggestions to the CEO on new projects to be introduced to the market based on market research and customer feedback.
- Providing guidance to the publication department about the new products and product segments to be introduced in the market.
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Accounts, Publication, Printing and Online.
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Forecast annual, monthly fund flow analysis and submit to CEO, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
- Introduce new platforms to develop the sales.
- Develop sales promotion strategies for the Stores.
- Reporting to CEO
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
