Designation : Sales Manager (Retail)

Age Below : 30 Years

Qualification : 12th Passed/ Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate

Experience : 3 / 5years (in retail format)

Location : Mysore

- English communication is must.

Job Role :

- Greeting customers

- Highlight suitable higher value products to customers while facilitating.

- Assess the customers needs & suggest the right product.

- Manage the Cash till at the Store whenever assigned and ensure checkout quickly and efficiently.

- Collect and give customers feedback / information to the Store Manager for action.

- Housekeeping and maintenance to ensure that the Store reflects a great shopping ambiance.

Product Knowledge :

- Update ones own knowledge on the current seasons Furniture product

Stock management :

- Regular replenishment of stocks from back office to assigned area in shop front.

- Assist Manager in preparation of regular replenishment orders.

Reporting & Market Intelligence :

- Assist Manager in tracking performance of Competitors in the market.

- Assist Manager in identifying and analyzing trends.

- Assist Manager in preparation of reports accurately and on time.

Sales Productivity :

- Implement best practices of Up-selling & Cross-Selling .

- Strive to achieve higher conversion levels & measure the same on daily basis.

- Assist Manager in breaking up of monthly targets into weekly / daily targets .

Marketing Initiatives :

- Assist Manager in planning & execution of all marketing initiatives.

- Ensure maintenance & relevance of collateral's in the store.

General / Administration :

- Ensures that he displays the high standards of grooming.

- Adhere to the disciplinary requirements of the store.

- Assist Manager in training & development of new TLs.
