Manager - Retail Sales IFA/ND for one of the leading AMC's
Essential Functions:
1.Meet or exceed sales targets by selling a volume of quality business commensurate with assigned standards, maximize the sale of new business by identifying new prospects and leveraging existing business.
2.Initiate, nurture and build on tie - ups with the key intermediaries and customers to mobilize business.
3. Maximize the sale of new business by making effective presentations and assure retention of existing business. Ensure assistance in the post sale administrative, enrollment and customer service support.
4.Ensure prompt communication of administrative procedures for Sales and Service reports, monitor and prepare understandable and accurate activity reports.
Skills and Competencies -
Provide prompt courteous and excellent service to all customers and operate in accordance with the company's Statement of Business Practices.
