Manager - Retail Operations/Omni Channel - eCommerce (3-5 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Responsible for Market Annual, Monthly, Daily Sales Plans, & GMV for the defined business alongside Brand Operations Head and delivering the same business results.

- Team management - Support in Employee Hiring, End to End Onboarding, Training, Motivation & Engagement activities for Retail Store & Department Store teams.

- Planning Promotions & Seasonal Offers in accordance with the business plan, incorporating & updating management on inputs on local/ regional/ online events impacting business.

- Ensuring Customer Delight and giving regular feedback on Process Improvements in Customer Service.

- Custodian of Brand/s SOP implementation for Retail Stores & Department Stores.

- Visual Merchandising support and audits for Markets, Stores on daily basis. Ensuring Teams are trained regularly on Updates & Basics Guidelines.

- Responsible for creating the infrastructure & department wise support for setting up the new Retail/ Department Stores in the market & meeting timelines.

- Heading the entire gamut of activities on retail, initiating merchandising activities, store administration, staff management.

- Handling entire BTL activities including In store advertising, sales promotion, workshops, events, trade show, product placement etc.

- Expanding business at existing stores by leveraging technological means like Omni channel & market place fulfilment.

- Managing and controlling, expanding Customer Database to bring repeat business at the stores, Managing Planned CRM Activities in the Market.

- Responsible for expanding retail presence and growth by suggesting newer avenues of doing business.

Commercial Operations : 

- Supporting in following up for timely payments from Retail franchisees & partners, in line with the plan and agreed terms.

- Exercising Control on Store Hygiene Related to Cash management, Remittances, Global Count & Stock Audits etc.
