Manager - Retail Marketing (4-5 yrs)
- Developing strategies and tactics to boost the traffic at Store
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
- Experimenting with various organic and paid acquisition channels
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goal
- To Work closely with sales force for driving primary & secondary sales, facilitating changes in consumer & trade schemes and initiating various long & short term plans to boost sales.
- Need retail/channel sales experience with good team handling experience.
- 5+ years of experience in retail marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft software applications (word, excel, power point, outlook)
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and people partnership/management skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform autonomously with high competency in both marketing and with operational effectiveness.
