Manager - Retail Marketing (3-10 yrs)
`Job Description :
- Handling Retail Marketing for North
- To Develop and execute Retail Marketing Strategy for the brands/segments in the assigned geography.
- Conceptualizing and formulating Retail marketing calendar as per business strategy.
- Vendor management
- Should have experience in driving scale
- Should have sound knowledge of all retail elements
- Drive visibility across stores in the assigned geography
- Manage Customer Relationships : Develop and manage vendors to drive Retail program efficacy.
- Building Retailer Relationship and Driving initiatives based on feedback and suggestions
- Driving innovation & provide cost-effective solutions
- Experience in driving the Technician Program
- Managing quarterly & yearly budgets for Retail marketing programs.
- Liaise with the sales team & distributor for day-to-day operations
- Organizing dealers to meet in key potential towns across geography.
- Organizing brand participation in prominent fairs & exhibitions
Job Requirements :
- Knowledge of various marketing concepts and execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent Attitude, with a strong mindset toward learning and contribution
- Energetic, versatile, and creative problem-solver.
- Talented, Flexible individual with the ability to multitask, exercise initiative, and work effectively under pressure, paying strong attention to detail.
- We need a BTL Expert, rather than a person who also does BTL.
