Manager - Relationship Support - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
The Relationship Support Manager - BFSI will support sales teams in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, ensuring effective service delivery and contributing to sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service.
- Assist sales teams in understanding client needs and aligning services accordingly.
- Coordinate with internal departments to deliver customized solutions for clients.
- Support business development efforts through consistent relationship management.
- Track and report on client interactions and engagement metrics.
Requirements:
Experience : 1-2+ years in relationship management or support roles in BFSI.
Skills : Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Qualification : Minimum undergraduate degree.
Age : 21-38 years.
Compensation :
- 2.20 LPA to - 5.00 LPA + performance incentives.
