Customer Success Manager / Relationship Manager
The ideal candidates will enjoy and excel at the following:
- Implement strategies to engage, retain and maintain good relationships with partners and clients.
- Carry out effective processes for implementing a technology solution for clients
- Build a pipeline for new signed schools, taking them through the onboarding process by providing training sessions, listening to their feedback and providing guidance when needed.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and product development teams to identify ideal customer-demographics information and prioritize additional product features to develop.
- Provide the customer with updates related to product changes (i.e. new versions or features).
- Ensure the timely renewal of service agreements whilst maximizing the support revenue potential.
If you are a former admissions officer, high school counsellor, educator, EdTech or not-for-profit leader with a love of technology and increasing your impact by building capacity and consulting with other school counselors, this could be a great fit for you. Alternately, you might have a customer success background with a passion for radically changing education.
