Manager - Relationship Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
The Relationship Development Manager plays a key role in driving the growth of insurance sales through strategic partnerships with banks. This role focuses on building strong relationships, promoting insurance products, and achieving sales targets within the bancassurance channel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage partnerships with banks to increase insurance product sales.
- Train and empower bank employees to effectively sell insurance products.
- Set and monitor sales targets for the banca channel, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Oversee marketing campaigns to enhance product visibility within the banking network.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior management on a regular basis.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or bancassurance.
- In-depth knowledge of the banking and insurance sectors.
