Job Description :
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB :
- The Business Development Manager is responsible for the identification, procurement, coordination, management and closure of sales opportunities supporting our main product offerings.
- The BD Manager will collaborate with the local Sales & Operations Teams.
KRA's/Responsibilities :
- Generate Sales & Client Acquisition For Recruitment Business.
- Maintains and contributes to the market positions
- Responsible for the detection and conversion of sales opportunities for Recruitment.
- Coordination and follow up of the commercial process for all new clients. Depending on the scope of the sales opportunity, additional support by experts may be given.
- Proactively approaches the market and market analyses (competition, market trends, opportunities, for client acquisition )
- Maintaining and expanding the Recruitment Network through various networking channels; to represent the client in the Business
- Developing solutions, along with the Local Recruitment Operations teams, the Recruitment regional team and/or other regional leadership for complex Recruitment engagements
Key Skills Required :
- General Business for recruitment processes / Staffing solutions
- Current business trends and strategies within the Recruitment Business
- Service level agreements, key performance indicators and analytic to support business objectives
- Service level agreements and key performance indicators
- Creating winning relationships
- Present concepts and ideas to all levels of management internal and external.
- Demonstrate Sales Ability & experience of Sales at C-Level.
- Organize, plan, and prioritize work while being flexible to changing needs;
- Work effectively and strategically with minimal direction;
- Demonstrate excellent Written and Verbal communication skills - detailed, organized and concise with a professional style
- University Degree or equivalent experience
- Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or other sources in the assigned territory/geography.
- Creating and closing new business opportunities for the company
- Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful execution of projects.
- Develop relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, and/or other business or social Networking.
- Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services. May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc.
