Manager - Recruitment Marketing (12-15 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Promote Healthcare NewCo as a great place to work, by creating engaging content and building relationships with potential candidates across various talent communities.

- Consistently promote Equal Opportunity Employer/ Disability/ Veterans

- Plan and manage recruitment media campaigns, sponsorship ads, partnerships with external partners, newsletters, to address the right audience and to attract right demography and quality applicants

- Organizing and partake in job fairs and various career occasions.

- Craft job descriptions and identify the tactics and platforms that will be most effective in reaching a specified target audience.

- Monitor Glassdoor and plan and execute activities for engaging reviewers

- Track, measure and report on all campaign results

- Oversee company's career site and suggest improvements

- Generate monthly updates for company's leadership about upcoming recruitment marketing initiatives

- Create monthly reports on key recruitment marketing metrics

- Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goals

- Work closely with HR department to develop creative ways for addressing recruitment challenges

- Suggest new ideas for improving candidate experience and engagement

- Research marketing and advertising trends in the staffing industry

- Keep abreast of new trends in social media channels

Qualifications :

Minimum :

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, English or Communications

- Must have 7+ years related experience managing recruitment marketing efforts

- Joining timeline : 60 days

Competencies:

- Strong Event management experience - online & job fairs

- Should be Forward Thinking

- Ability to build relationships

Strong decision making, Persuading and Influencing capabilities
