Manager - Public Relations - Five Star Hotel (2-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- Online Reputation Management, Social Media Management, Public Relations and Marketing Promotions, Event Management and Co-ordination, Design in-house weekly and quarterly magazines, Food and Beverage research analysis and power point presentations, Daily Communications
- Manage Marketing and Public Relations of the organisation with full responsibility, reporting to the GM of the Hotel.Evaluate market conditions and design the strategy to promote the product with tactical offers and schemes.
- Interaction with Advertising agency for Print Ads and Advertorials.Research and recommend new concepts to improve Brand Awareness, Footfalls and Brand Image.Developing proactive and reactive PR Plans which fall under the overall Marketing objectives for the hotel.
- Obtaining positive media coverage for hotel promotions, events, workshops, initiatives and offerings.Distributing press releases and pitching to the media. Taking primary ownership of any co-promotional events with media and corporate partners.
- Responsible for developing innovative, effective and ongoing social media plans. This includes planning the event calendar and creating content to support the calendar. Designing internal and external marketing collaterals.
- Assisting in rooms, food and beverage, spa and events promotions. Developing leisure marketing plan that addresses the distribution of rate offers, packages and programs designed to build occupancy.
- Plan and supervise all photo shoots, developing shot list while keeping brand image in mind.Ensuring that property is following all corporate marketing guidelines.Acts as Brand Ambassador and helps reinforcing the brand. Event pre- planning and co-ordinating with the vendors and suppliers.
- Designing new creative for Hoardings and other Media campaigns. Helps F&B in lead generation and launching Food Festival.
