Education. Post graduate / MBA (Business Administration) in PR, Marketing, Communications or Branding. Education: preferable to have a background in business and/or communications/PR and/or media

Key Responsibilities
- Define client centric Marketing and Communications strategy for the company, in line with shareholders guidelines and market specificities and in close co-operation with Senior leadership teams.
- Define and manage budget with strategy in mind and enough agility to adapt to last minute opportunities or challenges.
- Implement the action plan in coordination with the Business Heads and Shareholders
- Align partners on strategy and manage joint marketing, PR and branding plans for the respective countries
- Define sales and Marketing budgets for the group
- Plan and implement effective media strategy to ensure optimization of Company's vision through the right channels
- Corporate crisis communication and issue management in response to anticipated and ongoing situations.
- Develop relevant media plan adapted to local specificities, with particular focus on digital and social media
- Define, plan and monitor media budget and media plans with agency and Corporate
- Monitor constantly digital, social media and search performance, in close collaboration with media teams and ability to adapt and adjust plans based on results
- Integrate all communications: Aligned strategies between PR and Media and combine PR and Media ROI on a regular basis
- Build relationships with press and leverage media investment through free editorials
- Develop and implement social media strategies that aim at increasing our overall online presence and engagement.
- Develops a public relations program for the Group based on its goals using the entire mix of PR tactics and strategies - print; broadcast; digital; conferences; interview; newsletters; blog.
- Develops and organizes PR activities; develop relevant guests list and media to PR activities.
- Disseminates corporate press releases to appropriate local trade, consumer and social media.
- Provides information to other departments on activities within and outside the Group which may be of interest. Internal Communications strategy development and management of execution across all touchpoints, supporting Marketing, PR, HR etc.
- Plan and execute communications plan for the Grand Opening of the projects with all the stakeholders.
- Ad hoc Communications needs as they arise.
