Manager - Public Relations - Advertising Firm (3-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Own the media, influencer and customer outreach initiatives in USA
- Plan and manage the complete PR program, messaging strategy, and pitch content (deck, brochures, emails and media kit etc.)
- Develop a scalable influencer outreach program to onboard an array of bloggers, industry consultants, and school teachers for favorable brand mentions
- Create content and campaigns around industry events and conferences including award applications, speaking opportunities, and online conversations
- Build and manage key relationships with a wide range of local and national media contacts, including key reporters, editors, and industry analysts
- Liaise with the PR agency to make sure right content is generated and delivered in a timely manner.
- Build, deploy and analyze surveys to understand the market needs and monitor the company's brand perception
- Measure of outreach efforts and campaign deliverables, and apply learnings to optimize PR strategy
- Document learnings from the industry and channel them to the team through regular presentations and reports
Qualifications :
- UG: Any specialization; Mass Communications, Journalism or an English major preferred
- 3 - 5 years of Public Relations or mass communications experience
- Should be a team player who can make it happen in a fast-paced environment
- Should be able to think globally and understand local cultural practices of USA Excellent writing skills
- PR program experience in USA is a plus
