Manager - Public Relations (3-5 yrs)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing monthly/quarterly plan for the brand (KOL and Corporate driven) in lines with the marketing initiatives
- Strategically positioning the KOL through large format corporate story and interview to showcase customer centricity, growth, and leadership
- Regular one-on-one freewheeling discussion meetings for building long term relationships with the media for the leadership as well as technical team
- Identify and generating industry story idea where company can be a voice, for sharing the trend. Crisis communication.
- Organizing press conference based on the key announcement. Dissemination press release for the key marketing initiative, key announcement, new product offering Highlighting the diagnostics breakthrough through case study
- Collating weekly/month report from subordinate and upraise
- Mapping the promised vs deliverable on weekly basis Regularly meeting with the KOL to brainstorm on the ideas and latest trend
- Regularly meeting with the KOL to brainstorm on the ideas and latest trend
- Driving the Business Media/ Trade media/ TV Channel Stories. Building and maintaining media relations
- Planning & execution of Media Interactions, Relationship meetings for MD/ CXO team members
- Creating digital calendar for YouTube Handles of the Organization/s
- Shooting the content/live session for the doctors (in-house, and associated customers in the region). Marketing team to support with the creative and pre-promotion Sourcing and collaborating with the publication house with the digital presence for live sessions
- Collaborating with associated doctors for the customer connect initiative through Facebook live and Youtube videos session
- Generating 1 video, per region, per month; 6-7 Informative Content Videos per month
