Job Description :
- Business Lead Generation & Conversion in Sales from the projects segment.
- To Meet with Architects, Consultants, Engineers, Contractors etc. (TMT, Construction) for Specifications.
- Should handle Govt. officials & be able to get approve the assigned products & conversion in sales.
- Able to manage contractors & project dealers.
Sales Role :
a) Command on live projects and conversion in sales.
b) To maintain the Sales & collection cycle. (Lead generation to sales, collection & supply)
Skills :
- Experience in Building Material Industry
- Market Knowledge and Competition Assessment
- Key Account Management Process
- Good Communication Skill
- Skilled in Conflict management in day to day operations if any.
