As a Project Manager, you will take charge of existing mandates being implemented by CDI in Telangana, and ensure their smooth delivery.
What you will do:
- Preparing project reports, presentations, making presentations to govt officials and other stakeholders
- Engaging with industry for mobilizing investments into Telangana - by creating a strong pitch with regard to state's competitiveness in terms of factor cost and ease of doing business
- Business Development - preparing and making presentations to prospective clients
- Liasing with Governments / Institutions, Departments/ agencies for project development, implementation & monitoring
- Sourcing business with clear agreed business targets
- Completing projects based on agreed timelines
- Ensuring timely collection of dues from clients
- Developing linkages with ecosystem of Government officials, industry leaders/ associations, other agencies to actively develop and source business
What you need to have:
- Masters degree in management, economics, engineering, public policy, or any relevant field
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong Report writing, Presentation & Oral communication skills - these are a pre-requisite
- Understanding of financial modelling
- Excellent Client management and relationship management
- Experience in completion of projects in hand based on agreed milestones
