Manager - Product Marketing - SaaS (3-5 yrs)
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, unstoppable Product Marketing Manager to join our team who can execute the three pillars of product marketing: bringing the product to market, promoting the product, and selling the product to customers.You will be expected to know your customers and market so intimately that you define and communicate a clear, differentiated, defensible, and monetizable market position. You- ll be customer-obsessed, strategic, detailed, and highly creative driving with the following primary responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
1. Develop market messaging and product portfolio that differentiates our SAAS product from others in the market
2. Deeply understand how to scope and execute marketing strategies needed to reach different customer segments..
3. Create materials (sales enablement tools, presentations, case studies, product content, industry-specific collaterals, etc.) for the defined segmentation.
4. Own an audience segment and understand the market trends to inform product or market decisions. Work with content writers to communicate our value proposition and offerings to the audience segments.
5. Ability to plan the launch of new related products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan..
6. Partner with Sales, Product and Growth Marketing teams to track the right metrics and execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption on an ongoing basis.
7. Work with a team of Content Marketers, Designers, and Marketers as may be required in the future to keep the engine running.
Requirements:
1. Should have experience of least 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in a software or SaaS environment
2. Bachelor's degree in Business administration, management, marketing, economics, or a related field.
3. Exceptional project management skills
4. A proven track record of working collaboratively and being accountable
5. Solid analytical and critical thinking skills with proven expertise in problem-solving.
6. Experience working with sales and product teams to translate and map market needs with solutions.
7. Experience developing product marketing campaigns (messaging, content, tactics)
8. Relevant work experience that can span marketing, product marketing or product management.
