Manager - Product Marketing - Healthcare (1-3 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Designation: Executive (Product) - Entry Level
Department: Product and Marketing
Experience: 1-3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- The candidate should be highly technical, analytical and data driven. Derive insights from data and use the same for product improvements and iterations
- The candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in managing people and processes.
- Understanding of growth hacking activities that drive user acquisition and revenue growth includingSEO/ SEM, content marketing, affiliate marketing, analytics, referral marketing, email marketing, digital marketing, social and viral marketing and etc.
- Explore new revenue and user growth opportunities with idea generation, analysis, experimentation and testing for the app and website
- Work towards improving funnel metrics while using data to understand what is, or isn- t working and why.
- Work with the marketing and tech team to brainstorm, evaluate ideas, formulate products and feature-adds
- Co-ordinate and get sign-offs for specifications, wireframes and designs in liaison with the marketing and tech team
- Ability to explain and articulate ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
- Versed with UX (app + web) and usability standards
- Manage development of consumer and business products in collaboration with the Business, Product & Technology teams, ensuring that quality and usability remains at the forefront of our development effort
- The candidate should feel just as comfortable working on strategic marketing objectives as they are managing the day to day execution of advertising campaigns projects.
- It would be a plus if :-
- Experience in Healthcare industry
- Worked in a high pressure start-up before
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
