Job Overview

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team and champion the launch and growth of Sustainability Product, our cutting-edge SuiteApp for carbon accounting. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to position SuiteEarth as the go-to solution for sustainability-focused businesses. Collaborating closely with product management, sales, and cross-functional teams, you will ensure product addresses customer needs and market demands effectively while driving adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Positioning & Messaging : Develop and refine SuiteEarth's positioning and messaging to highlight its unique value proposition for carbon accounting and sustainability.

- Go-to-Market Strategy : Lead the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for SuiteEarth's launch and feature updates, ensuring alignment with SuiteWorld and other key events.

- Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Conduct in-depth research on carbon accounting challenges, customer needs, and industry trends. Use insights to enhance product features and inform marketing campaigns.

- Sales Enablement : Create and deliver resources like presentations, product sheets, and case studies to empower the sales team in effectively presenting SuiteEarth's value to prospective customers.

- Customer Insights : Collaborate with customer success teams to gather and leverage feedback from early adopters and users, refining messaging and identifying opportunities for growth.

- Campaign Management : Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., digital, webinars, events) that build awareness and drive adoption of SuiteEarth.

- Metrics & Reporting : Monitor KPIs, including campaign performance, customer engagement, and adoption rates. Provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product, sales, and implementation teams to align on product priorities and customer pain points, ensuring SuiteEarth delivers measurable value to users.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Sustainability, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 5-6 years in product marketing, ideally in SaaS or sustainability-focused products.

- Proven success in go-to-market strategies and product launches.

- Experience in carbon accounting, sustainability, or ERP systems is highly preferred.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of sustainability metrics, carbon accounting, and ESG reporting.

- Ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with sustainability leaders and stakeholders.

- Proficient in marketing tools (CRM, analytics platforms, digital marketing tools).

- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.

- Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Familiarity with NetSuite, SuiteApps, or similar ERP solutions.

- Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks such as GHG Protocol or CDP.

- Experience marketing to environmentally conscious businesses or in the tech-for-good space.
